Visit the Bear's House Museum,
located in the little log cabin at Greely's Landing just before
the boat launch ramp and to the right of the green roller rink
building. There you can see a collection of photos and
histories of camps around the lake. If you would like to
add a copy of your own photos and camp history to the collection
please contact Tim Merrill at

Picturesque Sebec Lake is surrounded by the towns of
Dover-Foxcroft, Bowerbank, Sebec, and Willimantic. The
area's history goes back hundreds of years to the time
when Eli Towne walked through the woods and became the
first settler. For generations, Dover-Foxcroft has drawn
residents and tourists alike, eager to enjoy the lake's
scenic beauty.
